Delight in beach and yoga holidays in the province of Valencia on the Eastern Coast of Spain.
Our retreat center hotel is located 1 kilometer from the beach on the road near a small rural seaside town, outside of Valencia City. Practice yoga in the large shala with natural light and high ceilings. With multiple classes daily, learn from different teachers, experience different yoga styles for all levels and have the opportunity to deepen your practice and escalate your health.
This area captures attention with it’s blissfully tropical-like climate, soft sand beaches and, in Valencia City, the charming old town. From the historically rich city center with quaint Medieval Era streets to the impressively modern City of Arts and Sciences with the largest Aquarium in Europe, a visitor to Valencia City is dazzled by the variety of attractions.
Take pleasure in the open spaces and quiet spots at our retreat center hotel to lounge in the garden patios, or take a plunge in the dipping pool after spending time at the beach. Treat yourself to a massage, or book time to unwind in the on-site spa with a jacuzzi and dry sauna. Rooms have ensuite bathrooms, air conditioners and heaters and there is wifi in central lounge area of the retreat center hotel.

THE OLD CITY
While on your yoga retreat, Valencia city is wonderful to visit. Spend a day in the old town visiting elaborate historical monuments and impressive churches. Enjoy the colorful street art, the vibrant central market, trendy little shops, and the mix of Gothic, Baroque and Modernist constructions. Take a day trip to the City of Arts and Sciences and the awe-inspiring Oceanographic.
BEACH DAYS
After morning meditation, yoga, and breakfast, grab your day pack and and head to the water. Soak up the warmth of the Spanish sun laying on the soft sand beach, walk along the shore for hours, or take a dip in the clear blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea. Listen to the sounds of the waves and let any stresses melt away. Finally, return to the retreat center in time for a relaxing yoga class and dinner. The closest beach is a walkable 1 kilometer from the retreat center. More beaches in the area can be reached by private taxi.
LOCATION
The retreat center is located on the road near a coastal town in a rural agricultural area, 10 minutes walking from the beach, 45 minutes driving from Valencia Airport, and 1 hour 30 minutes driving from Alicante Airport.
Transport to/from Valencia Airport and city are included with the group during the pre-set shuttle bus time. If you wish to have an airport transfer from Alicante or Valencia at a different time, we are happy to help you hire a private taxi.

DIANA WOODHEAD
Diana completed her 200 hours yoga training (vinyasa) in 2019, she went on to study yin yoga to advanced level, meditation, pranayama and breathwork, subtle yoga and yoga nidra.
Having previously worked as a nurse, midwife, health visitor and advanced nurse in general practice. Her passion for health and wellness transfer to her yoga teachings with mindful yoga practices that nourish the body and mind.
As well as yoga, Diana follows a vegan diet and loves walking, traveling and playing with her grandchildren.
